Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the department’s daily operations, ensuring its smooth functioning and adherence to store policies and procedures.
  • Set and communicate sales goals and targets for the department, working closely with the store management team to achieve overall store objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase revenue, and optimize profitability for the department.
