Responsibilities:

  1. Office Support:
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  1. Calendar Management:
  • Manage executive or team members’ calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure sufficient stock levels.

Requirements:
