Responsibilities:
- Office Support:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

- Manage executive or team members’ calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
