Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Coordinate and conduct recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  1. Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:
  • Act as a mediator in employee conflicts and grievances, ensuring fair resolutions.
