Responsibilities

  • Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage executives’ calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences. Ensure that all appointments are well-organized and timely.
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills in interactions with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Office Administration: Maintain an organized and tidy office environment, including managing office supplies, equipment, and other resources.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative duties.
