We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber Foreman/Woman to lead our plumbing team and oversee plumbing projects. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of plumbers and apprentices, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plumbing diagrams, and project plans.
- Plan and organize plumbing projects to meet deadlines and client requirements.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Ensure that plumbing work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Order and inspect plumbing materials and equipment, maintaining an organized inventory.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, contractors, and other team members to discuss project details and progress.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to complex problems.
- Keep accurate records of work hours, materials used, and project milestones.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a licensed plumber, with a minimum of [number of years] years of experience.

- Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes and fixtures in walls and floors
- Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings
- Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement or soldering, brazing and welding equipment
- Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
