Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and kitchen assistants.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant during opening hours, maintaining a smooth workflow and timely service.
- Train and mentor new employees, providing ongoing guidance and support to the team.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet our established standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels and avoid shortages.

- Create staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively to optimize productivity.
- Oversee food preparation and service, ensuring that all dishes meet our restaurant’s specifications and are served in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Food Service Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in the food service industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or food service management is an advantage.
