Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage guest reservations and room assignments, optimizing occupancy rates and room availability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met and rooms are ready for occupancy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Hotel Clerk Supervisor or in a similar hospitality supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel front desk operations, reservation systems, and guest services.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage front desk staff and coordinate with other hotel departments.
