Responsibilities:

  • Set up plastic processing machines, including adjusting settings and loading raw materials.
  • Operate plastic processing machines during the production process, monitoring and adjusting as necessary to maintain optimal output.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the machines to ensure they are running smoothly and identify any issues or malfunctions.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on the machines, such as cleaning and lubricating, to keep them in good working condition.
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
  • Conduct quality checks on the finished plastic products to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
